  This game is really interesting and at the same time creepy. I would not recommend it to psychologically weak or wounded people since it might hurt them further more.
  
  Getting all endings with trial and error method took me around two hours so even if the price, by itself, is not that expensive, I think it could've been lowered even more because 3\u20ac\/hour isn't cheap ! However, I must say that it doesn't really bother me, in my eyes, the experience was worth the cost but I know that some people wouldn't think that way...
  Everything that happens is unexpected and while some endings are pretty "classic" considering the type of game (not talking about the dating part ;)), some others are really unexpected.
  
  Finally, for those who are into lore, "seeking-the-truth" type, don't expect anything of this game. It only raises personal reflections but you don't get to know anything concrete nor about your date, nor yourself as a character since your choices are at the beginning of everything while being very various. The whole game is only made to make you experience a new type of VN-like game, question your own insecurities, etc. there is no actual story whatsoever. By the way, there is multiple ways to come to a specific ending featuring different paths which allows some replayability if you want to uncover every dialogue and possibility even after getting every ending.. As the other reviews say, this game only has 3 basic interactions, pet the dog, catch, and pour food, but for $1 I was able to entertain my 4-7 year old nieces and nephews over the Holidays for 45 minutes. This game is useful for a groups of kids to take turns playing and watching each other play.. It only costs a dollar, but you'll have a better time playing with the robot dog in Valve's "The Lab" than with this dog. That dog reacts when you pet it. This one is not as enthusiatic.

I was looking for a VR dog to pet, was much disappoint. Headed back to The Lab!. Slow, basic, boring. My 5 year old was over it in about 2 minutes... I would not buy again, but it's a dollar... so whatever.. Bought this game for my 3.5 year old and she was entertained by it for over an hour. I'm pretty sure she'll ask me to play with it again within a week, too.

The "game" is very simple: you can pet the dog, feed it, and play fetch with it. It's very simple, PERFECT for my toddler to start getting introduced to video games (I can't wait to play co-op games with my kids, lol). For 99 cents, I got a hell of a lot more enterntainment value from this game than I've gotten from those back-and-forth car-rocking things you find infront of grocery stores.

While I was writing this review, she already asked if she could play again tomorrow when I get home from work. Good job, dev. If I was going offer any critcism, it'd probably be to maybe not make the dog food look like vitamins being poured into the bowl, haha.. lolololol steam requires that you play a game for at least 5 minutes before you leave a review. That's why there's no reviews. This game will entertain you for all of 1 minute (in fact, i played for exactly 1 minute, and tried to write this review after that. I stuck it out 4 more minutes just to write the review). You can pet the dog and watch it barely react. You can throw a ball and have it fetch. You can feed the dog and watch it eat. Thats. it. I would not recommend paying even a $1 for it in it's current state.

Now in all fairness though, this was probably made by 1 person (Chun Y. perhaps?), and for something made by 1 person it's actually very impressive, especially some of the details such as the dog's (simplified) movement, or such as the dog's ears and whiskers warping to where you are petting it (him? her?). This VR experience just needs a few more things to spice it up to keep the audience's attention for more than 1 minute. It could easily be turned into a game by the introduction a goal (perhaps something like training the dog to do tricks and taking it to a dog show? Or even just making the dog happy with a balance of food, water, pets, walks, playtime, other dogs... shoot just make the Sims for dogs). If it's more meant to be about the experience of the dog, then there needs to be more development into the dog's actions, such as lying down, rolling on his\/her back for belly rubs, or simply ignoring the owner like a real dog sometimes. A change of venue and the ability to move around and interact with more than 3 things may also help this game out a lot too.. For a dollar, it is good enough. Only because it has a dog and its clickbait VR, which I like. There aren't many dog simulators yet, so it's first come first serve on the positive reviews. Enemies don\u2019t scroll by, they stay around moving in a stupid way as more and more continue to appear since you probably can\u2019t kill them fast enough. They all shoot at you at once, you can barely see what you\u2019re doing, you die quickly while feeling like you\u2019re not even playing. Everyone seems to be comparing this to classic arcade games like R-Type, but I\u2019m just not seeing it. Those games are too hard for my liking, but not because they\u2019re unplayable.
  
  As for the customization... they hugely advertise that you can change anything, even the default stuff. But if you import your own image, and try to change the animation properties to your liking, it will refuse to let you by saying it\u2019s \u201cprotected\u201d. Even if you attempt to make your own level from scratch, same thing will happen if you try to change the player\u2019s animation properties. So I unfortunately gave up on this.

  I wasn't sure how this would be as experiences go but there is some cool stuff in here. But this is also very qualified. I'd like to see the developer either fix some stuff or make it more intuitive if I am missing it. If I am, please reply and I'll amend the review.
  
  The good - The model of the Hoover Dam is beautiful. It lacks some detail but I don't know how much the extra detail would enhance the experience. But the dam, the power lines, the structures, all look great. The information on how it works is good too. It's an interesting education piece for people unfamiliar with it.
  
  The bad - The really impressive thing about Hoover Dam is the size. It's massive. With such a gorgeous render, I wanted to experience it in full size. The closest I ever got to that was at the Transformer location where you are near the water, the car is parked near, and you look up to see the dam, bridge, and power lines. All the other locations shrink the scale way down where it just looks like a model. It would be nice to have the kind of teleporting I thought was included where you can move around the structure\/scene like in most other apps, where you are normal human scale, and let you experience the dam in all its huge glory. Another thing to consider adding would be a way to dynamically scale what you view - from desktop model size to real size. That would be very cool.
  
  The narrator ends up being a little annoying especially if you accidentally select something twice and she tells you that you already heard about it. Just my opinion but if you select something, she should just tell you about it without questioning if that is what you really want to do or reminding you already did it. She should also not keep prompting you to do something when you are just looking around. It's the thing about human narration - you get annoyed if they nag you.
  
  It feels like this experience is something you would find at the visitor center to give you a broad overview of what the dam does and how. I would like to be normal human size and experience it from up on the road across the top of the dam, at the spillways, on the top of the water inlets, at the visitor center, etc. You can lean in close and see all those things but they are tiny and toy-like. The cars going across the bridge are even cool. But I'd like to be human size on the bridge with the cars going by and look down to the gorge below. That would be another impressive thing to see but I couldn't sort any way to do it.
  
  Also, I think the way of interaction is inventive, but I'd rather have a clear view without the balls that say bridge, dam, transformer, etc. I'd like to use standard transporting and like many of the other VR educational experiences, go to highlight rings that have info on sign boards you can read or have the narrator read. But it would be nice to freely move about the model and view it at different scales - but definitely at human scale.
  
  Again, if that capability is in there, please let me know how to do it. I'm going to go back in and hunt some more. The intro where navigation is explained is also a bit tedious but at least you can skip it if you want. I listened through and the stuff about slowing animations and playing them forward and backward didn't seem useful in the actual experience. Similar for grabbing things. I did grab the dam and could scale that once I put it on the Place Here thing, but couldn't make it huge and out of context it's kind of uninteresting. The animations of stuff blowing into bits are kind of out of place in this experience. I'd ditch them. Also, somewhere in the narration mention is made of megawatts per minute or hour. I forget which. Time is already included in the unit watts. It's not dependent on time.
  
  All in all this has a lot of promise. It would be a go-to experience to demo VR to people if I could just experience it at human scale and roam to lots of locations to look around. I hope this isn't too negative and you'll consider fixing it up - or let me know what I'm missing. It's a really good model. I'd love to see it in all its glory.

Just my opinion but if you select something, she should just tell you about it without questioning if that is what you really want to do or reminding you already did it. She should also not keep prompting you to do something when you are just looking around. It's the thing about human narration - you get annoyed if they nag you.
  
  It feels like this experience is something you would find at the visitor center to give you a broad overview of what the dam does and how. I would like to be normal human size and experience it from up on the road across the top of the dam, at the spillways, on the top of the water inlets, at the visitor center, etc. You can lean in close and see all those things but they are tiny and toy-like. The cars going across the bridge are even cool. But I'd like to be human size on the bridge with the cars going by and look down to the gorge below. That would be another impressive thing to see but I couldn't sort any way to do it.
  
  Also, I think the way of interaction is inventive, but I'd rather have a clear view without the balls that say bridge, dam, transformer, etc. I'd like to use standard transporting and like many of the other VR educational experiences, go to highlight rings that have info on sign boards you can read or have the narrator read. But it would be nice to freely move about the model and view it at different scales - but definitely at human scale.
  
  Again, if that capability is in there, please let me know how to do it. I'm going to go back in and hunt some more. The intro where navigation is explained is also a bit tedious but at least you can skip it if you want. I listened through and the stuff about slowing animations and playing them forward and backward didn't seem useful in the actual experience. Similar for grabbing things. I did grab the dam and could scale that once I put it on the Place Here thing, but couldn't make it huge and out of context it's kind of uninteresting. The animations of stuff blowing into bits are kind of out of place in this experience. I'd ditch them. Also, somewhere in the narration mention is made of megawatts per minute or hour. I forget which. Time is already included in the unit watts. It's not dependent on time.
  
  All in all this has a lot of promise. It would be a go-to experience to demo VR to people if I could just experience it at human scale and roam to lots of locations to look around. I hope this isn't too negative and you'll consider fixing it up - or let me know what I'm missing. It's a really good model. I'd love to see it in all its glory.
  
  I'm going to recommend it but with caveats. I think most won't be too interested but I think the appeal would go way up with a little rework. But for the price, what the heck?
